From a classroom in a school for street working children. In Jalalabad in Eastern Afghanistan at least 7000 children are in more or less heavy work on the streets. The children are collecting wood, scrap metal or selling all sorts of things to help support their families. There is no time for normal school. Save the Children are through partners offering a possibility for a flexible school with accelerated learing so that the children can catch up and continue in the normal school when they become older.
